BVDC Recovery Password Screen:

Just fill in your Username (usually your email address) in the box below and click the Submit button:

Forgot Your Password? Enter your Username - usually your email address. User Name: *

The system will immediately send you an email containing your new TEMPORARY password - to the email address we have on file.
Check your Spam folder if the email does not come to your Inbox. 

When you get your temporary password, Return to the BVDC Directory Login Screen
and log in to the Directory by doing a copy/paste of your temporary (ugly) password.  Then change your password to a friendlier one using the "Change to a friendlier password" link.
